KnitWe reached our goal!

Crafters Quarters thanks all of the charity knitters and volunteer instructors for helping us reach our goal!  All of our gorgeous pieces will be donated to the American Cancer Society to be distributed to cancer survivors and victims.

Volunteer Instructors:  Gail Picard & Lisa Phillips

Whether you are a beginner or experienced knitter or crocheter, we invite you to spend Sundays with us creating Healing Shawls and other items for cancer patients and survivors. Your finished projects will be handed out during Amesbury’s Relay for Life sponsored by the American Cancer Society.

Crafters Quarters is honored to donate the space for this wonderful program. Come to as few or as many of the Sundays that you can. Experienced knitters and (and sometimes crocheters) will be available to teach you how to make the shawls, scarves, cowls, and/or hats! Well-behaved, responsible, supervised, older children are invited to participate and learn the joy of charitable giving.

Equipment:
Some needles and yarn have been generously donated for this event by:

However, you are welcome to bring your own needles and yarn to increase our ability to donate knitted or crocheted items to this heartwarming cause!

No RSVP is necessary! Just come, learn, and have fun! You don’t have to come every week, just whenever you have a chance. All we request is that you do finish your project.

This is a FREE event! Please help a wonderful cause!
