Have you stopped quilting because cutting the fabric is annoying, time consuming, or perhaps too difficult due to arthritis? With the easy turn of a crank, you can now cut an entire quilt in less than 30 minutes! Cutting fabric can’t get any easier!
The AccuQuilt Studio
The time-saving AccuQuilt Studio is specially designed for prolific quilters. It quickly and easily cuts up to 10 layers* of fabric shapes for quilting, appliques, fabric-covered objects, strips and novelty projects.
- Uses steel-rule dies to quickly and accurately cut shapes for quilting and fabric crafts.
- Cut all types of fabrics: cotton, batiks, flannel, fleece, wool, denim and even leather!
- Crafters Quarters has several common quilt block shaped cutting dies, including one that can cut 2.5″ strips - up to 25 strips at a time, all the full width of your fabric!
*Number of layers depends on type of fabric being cut.
AccuQuilt Studio Setup & Safety Class
Before using the AccuQuilt Studio fabric cutting system at Crafters Quarters, crafters must take our AccuQuilt Setup and Safety class.
This class is FREE and is scheduled at regular intervals. Please see our Class & Workshops Schedule to find the next class. If one is not scheduled, please give us a call to setup a lesson.
Use of the Fabric Cutting System
Use of the AccuQuilt system for the first hour is FREE when using the Crafters Quarters studio space. After one hour, we will charge a nominal rental fee for use of the machine.
