The CQ Team

Meet the Staff

Everyone at Crafters Quarters is happy to help you however you wish - just ask!

Jennifer “Jensi” Rogers, Founder

Jennifer Jensi grew up in her mother’s fine art studio and has always been surrounded by all sorts of fun equipment and projects.   After college Jensi entered the world of high-tech telecommunications training and education management. Although her exciting career enabled her to travel all over the world, Jensi soon discovered that she sincerely missed her creative roots.

Jensi began quilting over 10 years ago to relieve stress and make holiday presents for her family - and the hobby grew into a passion.  Jensi started to yearn for a studio of her own with fun, cutting-edge equipment.  Knowing that she would want to share such a great place with her friends, Jensi developed the Crafters Quarters concept!

Come visit Jensi at Crafters Quarters and feel free to ask questions or offer suggestions.

Marc Lisle, Jack Of All Trades ;)

Marc brings so many talents to the CQ Studio.  He has a BFA, is a freelance graphic artist, and also a wonderful ceramic artist.  Marc has years of teaching experience in various mediums at several prestigious institutions, such as Pine Manor College and Boston Architectural College.  He is in charge of digitizing our custom embroideries and teaching our ceramics workshops.

And did we mention that he’s an ordained interfaith minister?  Marc works full-time as a hospice chaplain!  What a great mix of Art and Spirit.

Ann Cummings, Studio Associate

Ann has taught quilting and folk art painting for over 20 years. Her specialty is teaching quilting to beginners and non-sewers. Ann owns her own mid-arm machine and is an experienced longarm quilter. Her quilts have been displayed at Images 2009 and MQX 2009. Currently, she is a member of Crossroads Quilters Guild in Beverly.

In 2011 Ann developed “Project Afghanistan” to send quilts to soldiers deployed in the battlefield.  She is thankful for the support of the CQ family, which helped her to send 17 quilts within 6 months!
