It’s Not Just a Craft Studio–It’s Craftertainment!

Whether you are here for the day or the duration, for a class or an event, the studio offers a chance to connect with fun, friendly, and considerate fellow crafters. Members have been known, on occasion, to break into spontaneous song-and-dance routines. We pride ourselves on being non-cliquey and kind to crafters of all levels and persuasions. 

Creative Crock

One of our most popular events is Creative Crock, also affectionately known as Thursday Therapy. Every Thursday at 6 p.m., members take turns cooking something creative in a Crock Pot, or bringing something in from home.  This is an informal gathering to chat, share, eat, and enjoy. Call us @ 978 388 8000 by 5 p.m. on Wednesday to RSVP.

Field Trips

After our fun-filled day-trip to New York City’s fashion and garment district last October, we are planning more forays to craftastic destinations near and far. A return trip to NYC and a tour of southern New Hampshire and Maine quilt shops and fabric stores are in the planning stages. Suggestions are always welcome!

UFO PJ Parties

Work on those dreaded UFOs (UnFinished Objects) while having a blast with your friends!  Wear your comfiest clothing or even PJs . . .  Slippers are highly encouraged!  Door prizes are won! We usually start off the evening with a special presentation by a local crafter or artisan. Past presentations have included tours of Ovēdia Artisan Chocolates, Real Bodies of Amesbury (gorgeous clothing from Bali), and the glass and fiber arts studio of artist Charlotte Sorsen.
